By using EZ Certificate Maker, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. The Service
EZ Certificate Maker is an online tool that enables you to create, customize, and share digital certificates. You can save certificates to your account dashboard and share secure certificate access links with recipients who can personalize and download their certificates as PDF files.
2. Your Account
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the security of your password
- All activity that occurs under your account
- Ensuring your email address is current and accessible
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:
- Violate these Terms of Service
- Are used for illegal purposes
- Create abusive, harmful, or inappropriate content
- Attempt to circumvent payment or subscription requirements
3. Subscription and Billing
Pricing and Payment:
- Subscriptions cost $19.99 per month
- Prospective subscribers can try a limited version of the tool for free before subscribing
- Subscriptions automatically renew monthly unless you cancel
- We use Stripe for secure payment processing
- You can cancel your subscription at any time—there are no long-term contracts
Refunds:
- Refunds are not provided for partial months of service

If your subscription ends:
- You will lose access to the full version of the tool
- Your saved certificates will remain in your account but will be inaccessible to you
- You can resubscribe at any time to regain full access
- Any saved certificates you have shared with recipients will remain accessible to them
4. Acceptable Use
You may NOT use EZ Certificate Maker to:
- Create fraudulent, illegal, or misleading certificates
- Impersonate others or misrepresent credentials, qualifications, or achievements
- Harass, abuse, threaten, or spam people
- Violate any local, state, national, or international laws
- Infringe on anyone's intellectual property rights
- Distribute malware or harmful code
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Engage in any other conduct that is illegal, abusive, harmful, inappropriate, or violates these terms
We reserve the right to remove content and terminate accounts that violate these guidelines.
5. Your Content and Intellectual Property
You own the certificates you create. By using our service:
- You grant us permission to store and display your content solely to provide the service
- You represent that you have the right to use any text you enter or images or logos you upload
- You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate anyone's rights or applicable laws
- You retain all ownership rights to your original content
EZ Certificate Maker and our service design, software, and branding remain our intellectual property.
6. Our Rights
We reserve the right to:
- Modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the service (we will provide reasonable notice when possible and applicable)
- Remove content that violates these terms
- Change pricing for new subscribers (current subscribers maintain their rate for the duration of their subscription period)
- Refuse service to anyone for any reason
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
EZ Certificate Maker is provided "as is" and "as available."
- We do not guarantee the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure
- We are not responsible for how you use certificates you create
- You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of certificates you create
- We make no warranties about the reliability or suitability of the service for any particular purpose
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
- Our total liability to you for any claims related to the service is limited to the amount of your most recent subscription payment
- We are not responsible for any damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service
Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on liability, so these limitations may not apply to you.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EZ Certificate Maker and its owners and operators from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
- Your use of the service
- Your violation of these terms
- Your violation of any rights of others
- Content you create or share using our service
10. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, USA. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the service will be resolved in the courts of Pennsylvania.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or by posting a notice on our website. Your continued use of EZ Certificate Maker after changes become effective means you accept the updated terms
12. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription and contacting us to request account deletion. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these terms.
13. Severability
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full effect.
14. Entire Agreement
These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and EZ Certificate Maker regarding your use of the service.
